I am a 39-year-old woman, a mother to a 17-year-old son, and a devoted student of the soul. I am a healer, creator, and guide whose life has been shaped by deep spiritual initiation, embodied wisdom, and radical self-responsibility.

Q: What pivotal experience changed your life the most?
In 2018, I experienced a Kundalini awakening that dismantled everything I thought I knew about myself. What followed was a full-body collapse—physically, emotionally, and energetically—that required me to slow down and rebuild my nervous system, identity, and relationship with my body from the ground up.

Q: How did you heal during that time?
I became my own healer. Through daily self-therapy, somatic awareness, energetic regulation, and intuitive discipline, I learned how to stabilize my body and mind. Healing became a devotional practice—one I continue daily to maintain optimal health and alignment.

Q: How did this journey shape your purpose?
My lived experience became my initiation. I was called to support other women in reclaiming their feminine energy, dissolving survival conditioning, shifting subconscious beliefs, and restoring self-worth and self-love through embodied practice rather than bypassing.

Q: What kind of work do you do now?
I run a spiritually-based business devoted to feminine embodiment and inner alchemy. My work supports women in overcoming internal obstacles, regulating their nervous systems, and stepping into sovereignty, self-trust, and emotional maturity.

Q: You are also on a Twin Flame Divine Union journey. What does that mean to you?
For me, the Twin Flame journey is not about chasing union—it is about becoming whole. It has been a path of radical self-reflection, ego dissolution, emotional responsibility, and deep inner healing. This journey forced me to face abandonment wounds, attachment patterns, and self-betrayal, ultimately guiding me back into self-union.

The Twin Flame journey accelerated my awakening and demanded embodiment. It required me to anchor divine masculine and feminine energies within myself before seeking them externally. It taught me boundaries, discernment, and unconditional self-love—lessons I now integrate into my work with women.

The Soulducate Sanctuary Candle Co. is a sacred extension of my spiritual practice. I create divination candles designed to elevate the frequency of any environment. Each candle is energetically intentional—crafted to support clarity, grounding, intuition, protection, and union within the self.

Q: What does “union” mean to you now?
Union is alignment. It is the meeting of mind, body, and soul. It is choosing truth over fantasy, presence over projection, and self-devotion over self-abandonment.
